Description

Tending to our mental health & emotional well-being is essential if we are to thrive amidst today’s uncertainty. The world feels pretty chaotic right now — leaving many of us feeling disconnected from ourselves; trapped in a relentless cycle of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.

Black women have been burdened with unrealistic expectations to give endlessly, be strong, and constantly uplift everyone. Often at the cost of our own protection, care, and nurturing.

We toil the invisible weight of cultural & generational trauma
We carry unresolved grief — both personal & collective
We are exhausted.
And we have declared no more...
It’s our time to thrive, not merely survive through our lives.

Have your needs become lost within your own life?
Are you caught in an endless loop of people-pleasing?
Feel trapped in systems that were never designed for you to be well?
Have your dreams fallen to the wayside...
leaving you energetically drained, stagnant, or creatively empty?

Black women are beautifully complex in our stories, our identities, and our purpose. In the sacred space of therapy, our vast shades & complexities must be seen, honored, and liberated. I stand unapologetically specific about celebrating the plight, and journey of Black culture & womanhood. My work is rooted in unburdening the debilitating affects of trauma. To restore our birthright to Joy, Rest, Peace, and Collective Healing.

Allow me to hold space for you as you return Home…
To Wholeness.
To your Self.
