Attending to our mental health & emotional well-being is key if we are to persevere amidst the uncertainty of today. There is no denying that we are navigating uncharted territory - AND it can get hard. Our world is deeply impacted & many of us are carrying the stress, anxiety, and grief/loss of it all.

What I continue to be moved by in this work is the insurmountable beauty, complexity, and will of the human Spirit...to heal & love. The decision to seek therapy can be scary, yet is very courageous! (and courage is a matter of the heart) Virtual therapy, also known as telemental health is an effective tool to support a sense of balance & well-being. It is optimal for those who work busy or unconventional hours, prefers to practice social distancing, live in remote areas, or simply enjoy convenience & ease. The experience is real, engaging, and powerful!

In the space of therapy, our vast shades & stories should be validated. I stand unapologetically specific about uplifting & celebrating the plight of Black womanhood. My areas of expertise include Depression & Anxiety, Intergenerational & Cultural Trauma, Recovery & Body Positivity for Womxn, Family Conflict, Emerging Adulthood Development, LGBTQ+ Affirming, and Clinical Consultation/Supervision.

Let me hold sacred space for you to reclaim your voice & heal the song that lives in your heart...
