Nicole is a Certified School Counselor, interning at The Up Center, LLC in pursuit of her Licensed Professional Counselor credential. Her career as a School Counselor has provided her the opportunity to work in the public-school sector with teens, adolescents, and children. In this capacity, she has facilitated individual and group therapy, in addition to advocacy and
consultation on behalf of students and their families.
Through Nicole’s graduate study and professional experience, she has provided counseling services in behavioral health facilities, community counseling centers, and the public-school setting. Nicole also has experience in facilitating community group counseling therapy for families and adolescents and is trained in Career, Couples and Crisis Counseling. Nicole is Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified and a member of the American School Counseling Association.
