The decision to explore therapy is a great tool to use to discover yourself. No one is perfect, but one day and one step at a time can be a journey closer towards where you would like to be in your life.
Nicole is a National Board Certified Counselor and a Certified School Counselor at The Up Center, LLC. Her career as a School Counselor has provided her the opportunity to work in the public-school sector with teens, adolescents, and children. In this capacity, she has facilitated individual and group therapy, in addition to advocacy and
consultation on behalf of students and their families.
Through Nicole’s graduate study and professional experience, she has provided counseling services in behavioral health facilities, community counseling centers, and the public-school setting. Nicole also has experience in facilitating community group counseling therapy for families and adolescents and is trained in Career, Couples and Crisis Counseling. Nicole is Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified and a member of the American School Counseling Association.
