Welcome to the Galleria! Initiating a therapy session can produce all types of feelings and thoughts. However, it just may serve as an enjoyable and cathartic experience. Maybe you’re in a transitional period of your life; getting married, getting divorced, going through the loss of a parent or the gain of step-children. Perhaps, you are dealing with life stressors that have now affected your functioning, relationships and mood. Or maybe, an early childhood traumatic event has resurfaced and is triggering upsetting memories for you. Whatever it is, I am here……to listen. To help you, the client, turn Pieces into MasterPieces!
I specialize in treating Grief and loss, Death and dying, Life transitions, Spirituality, Crisis Intervention and Stabilization, Mood Disorders and Chemical Dependency. I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and have completed study as to the fundamentals of Neuroscience. Via Harvard University, I was able to explore sensation, perception, and the physiology of functional regions of the brain. As a result, I incorporate a trauma informed care approach in psychotherapy teaching on the benefits of Psychophysiology healing as it relates to coping and recovering from complex trauma. I have certification in Criminal Profiling and am trained to complete Forensic evaluation of sexual offenses.
