Hello, "Visitors" are welcomed here at Care-N-Concern Counseling. My name is Nichelle Foster. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor 2.
Care-N-Concern Counseling is a place where healing can happen. I believe people want to know their purpose and to be the healthiest version of themselves when they show up in life. Some may find they have drifted into a place where it's hard to see options or healing. Some may begin to feel stuck or as if they are walking through Peanut Butter. I am committed to helping those who choose to 'Visit' with me. Together we can discover and create new paths. I offer a safe, affordable, and effective talk therapy experience.
I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. My undergraduate work was completed at Fisk University. I bring over twenty-five years' experience working with many populations in the Nashville area, including people with mental health and substance misuse issues. I am willing to work with men and/or women; those dating, engaged, married or those divorcing, who are experiencing some of life's challenges.
I have set up my private practice to meet the needs of individuals in various socioeconomic levels - including the working population needing non-traditional hours for appointments. My fee schedule is designed to fit multiple budgets and provide a safe and brave space for healing to happen. I offer evening and Saturday afternoon times by appointment only. Currently I am only providing virtual sessions to protect the health and well-being of others and self.
