Nichelle Alderson was born and raised in Seattle Washington, surrounded by arts, culture, and nature. She enjoys integrating holistic healing arts by hand crafting natural health & body care products; teaching; and providing holistic wellness services.
Nichelle is a Licensed Psychotherapist (LICSW- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker); Certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP); and Certified Professional Life, Health & Wellness Coach. She has worked in the field of human services for over twenty years in many capacities, and since 2012 has worked as the lead holistic health therapist, coach, and educator in her private group practice INFINITELY WELL on Beacon Hill in Seattle.
As a holistic therapist Nichelle specializes in working with adult people of color on stress and blood sugar related issues including: depression, anxiety, Adult ADD/ADHD, adrenal fatigue, self esteem, and emotional eating. She offers a client centered and holistic approach that aims to bring to light the associations between diet, stress, family history, support systems/resources, life experiences, environment, and issues related to current and/or historical oppression, and how YOUR body, mind, and spirit have been responding.
As a Holistic Functional Nutritional Therapist, Nichelle is passionate about helping others achieve optimal wellness through bio-individual nutrition and lifestyle plans. Nichelle teaches nutrition classes and meets with clients virtually and locally at the Infinitely Well Holistic Healing Centers in Seattle and coming soon to Atlanta. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself, and is committed to helping her clients restore and maintain optimal health through natural, non-toxic methods. She uses traditional and modern treatment methods to help understand the root causes of illness and to explore why you do not feel good despite being told “nothing is wrong”, but also how to implement methods of self-care so you can remain healthy and reach your own pinnacle of health.
To further help clients with the issues they seek support for, Nichelle created “Mood Food’s” which are all-natural therapeutic blends of essential oils, designed to inspire and uplift the mood. Mood Foods come in 8 different scent profiles that help shift stress, anxiety, depression/seasonal sadness, fatigue, attention issues, sleep troubles, increased compassion, and self love. Mood Foods are available in sprays, oil rollers, incense, and we are now taking orders for candles!
