Description
Do you find yourself getting stuck in the same relationship patterns over and over again? Do you find yourself doing everything in your power to discontinue previous relational patterns and behaviors? Are you struggling with self-doubt, low-self-esteem, and painful self-criticism that seems to be holding you back? My approach to therapy looks at these patterns and behaviors through the lens of parts work. This allows us to separate the self (you), from the parts that struggle with self-doubt, and from the parts that persist in repeating unhealthy relationships and behavioral patterns. By separating the self from these parts, we are able to gain new perspectives, and greater understanding and awareness of our conscious or unconscious internal road maps that influence the ways in which we navigate our relationships, our day-to-day lives, and how we perceive ourselves and others in the world.
My approach to therapy is an integration of person-centered therapy, mindfulness based interventions, psychodynamic theory, trauma informed IFS, and attachment theory.
I’m looking forward to doing amazing and transformational work in collaboration with you. It would be an honor for me to be a witness to your growth, your journey toward self-discovery, self-compassion and self-love.
