I’m here to help you feel seen and understood. I aim to foster a safe space where all clients, especially people of color, can be fully themselves without judgment or shame. My style is warm and compassionate, yet direct.
We’ll look at the thoughts, relationships, and systems that impact your mental health and how you view yourself, then we’ll identify goals and walk together toward them.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal/relational issues, stress, as well as complex and multigenerational trauma.
