I am a licensed professional counselor providing individual, family, and couples therapy (ages 15-50). I strive to create an environment that is both welcoming and culturally sensitive (accepting clients of any race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, religion, age, nationality, etc.).
I specialize in helping clients create a solid foundation and solid relationships to live their best life. I have 10 years of experience providing services in the field of mental health. With the use of several therapeutic techniques, I have helped clients address depression, anxiety, effects of past trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, blended family difficulties, and life stage stressors.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, graduating with a minor in child and family development. She has earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate with Capella University earning a Doctorate degree in General Psychology.
My goal is to help women of color discover and live their life’s purpose through therapy, coaching, consulting, and supervision.
