This perspective will allow one to tap into internal strengths, develop self-awareness, assertiveness and healthy boundaries to gently address the important areas of life in a productive manner.
Our therapeutic foundation draws from several different disciplines including cognitive behavioral, person centered, dialectical behavioral and solution-focused. Offering trauma- informed, relational and strengths based treatment for adults of all ages and from all walks of life through-out the Chicagoland area.
