Life is full of challenges that can make it difficult for you to enjoy it’s journey as you search for an understanding of your place in this world. If you feel you are finding challenges with a transition in your life or struggling with self confidence, anxiety or depression I can provide you a safe space to unpack those experiences that can keep you stagnant and from connecting to your greater self. I address a wide range of issues including interpersonal relationships, intimacy, and communication with couples. I also work with various individuals and couples, specifically within the LGBTQ community to help build coping skills to navigate through life and relationships.
