Welcome, I’m Nasya (nah-see-yah). Glad you're here! I work with folks who notice that they people- please to avoid criticism, have a difficult time identifying their emotions and tend to intellectualize or overthink their experiences. My clients often feel as though they are not “allowed” to feel the way that they do and many have histories that include experiences with racial trauma, impostor syndrome, workplace stress, depression, anxiety or chronic illness related to burn out and stress.
Often, my clients are managing a combination of these things. I work best with those who are ready to lean into the work of better understanding what they feel, how they feel, and want to give themselves permission to feel the way they do. My body-based approach is tailored for each client, meeting you wherever you are and taking you to where you want to go. If you notice that you are feeling overwhelmed, resentful, anxious, frustrated, sad, angry and are looking for a change, you’re in the right place.

Let’s move you away from constantly being “on guard,” trying to anticipate what people want from you and towards a place of calmness, self-trust, and confident boundary setting.
