My clients are very high-functioning, motivated, and committed to making changes in their life and I love providing them with tools and techniques so that they can reach their potential and ultimately stop coming to therapy. I know your time and money is valuable so I try to be as structured and goal-oriented as possible. I have worked with a variety of individuals dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. My specialties include working with health care professionals, those with high-stress and high-risk careers, couples, and individuals going through life transitions.
Being a trained Marriage and Family Therapist gives me a unique lens when working with individuals and couples. I utilize a blend of CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative and Systemic Family Therapy Approach. For couples, I incorporate the practices and teachings from Gottman.
