I’m Nakia Watson, a licensed therapist and founder of My Healed Mind. I work with people from all walks of life and specialize in supporting women of color, from college students finding their footing to professionals navigating demanding careers, helping them work through stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressure to “have it all together.”
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in mindfulness. I often use grounding techniques, deep breathing, and guided meditation to help clients slow down and reconnect with themselves. But more than anything, I believe in showing up with empathy, honesty, and real tools that actually help you feel better not just temporarily, but for the long haul.
