I work with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with adjustment disorders, ADHD, developmental changes, self-esteem, and family conflict. I believe in empowering clients to understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and using this knowledge to lead a healthy life. We will work together to establish healthy coping skills for challenging situations. I believe in helping client's understand the systemic and societal issues that influence each presenting problem. It's my hope that you will find a safe, welcoming, and empathetic environment that allows you to open up and explore your needs. I also accept CBHA and Medcost Insurance.
