Living in this world is sometimes not easy. We can feel isolated, scared and unsure of what to do next. Finding mental health services can be challenging and intimidating. My goal is to make it comfortable, convenient and safe. There are times when we feel unsatisfied and sad. We worry about what may happen next but we do not know how fix it. It is hard to sleep, hard to complete tasks and we start to lose our sense of control. Our emotions get the best of us and we sometimes are unable to communicate our needs.

I work with symptoms related to anxiety and depression, trauma, parenting, grief and loss, identity, life transitions, relationships & stress reduction using cognitive behavioral treatment.
