I am a Licensed Associate Counselor whose journey in the mental health field began at 13 years old through volunteer work. I have since received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, and addiction. My counseling approach is holistic, person-centered, and grounded in mindfulness and meditation.
