Hey, I’m Nadjie, and I’m really glad you’re here.

I got into counseling because I’ve always been drawn to hearing people’s stories and walking alongside them through the messy parts of life. Life throws a lot at us: big changes, losses, stress, family stuff, relationships that leave us confused or hurt...and sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. That’s where I come in.

I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I help people navigate transitions, process grief or loss, manage stress, and figure out how to have better relationships with themselves and the people they care about. I focus on things like anxiety, depression, identity, relationship struggles, and the patterns that get passed down through families.

Here’s what I want you to know: this is a space where you can show up as you are...messy, unsure, frustrated, scared, hopeful, all of it. There’s no judgment here. Healing isn’t a straight line, and therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you make sense of your experiences, recognize the strength you already have, and figure out what life can look like when you feel more like you.

My goal is to help you not just survive, but actually start feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more yourself...even when things feel hard.
