Our vision is to empower BIPOC mothers with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Trauma by providing education, personalized care, and support. We aim to break down stigmas and foster hope. We will create effective coping skills needed to navigate through life's challenges and transitions. Conjointly, we will use a variety of evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
