Myosha Tane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Tane specializes in treating marginalized folks with complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and eating disorders. Myosha works with individuals, couples and groups assisting them with navigating through life and its transitions.
Myosha uses an integrative therapeutic approach. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment. The therapeutic methods are tailored to each individual, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique.
