My focus is women’s issues, relationships, self-esteem, improving communication, and developing goals that are actually attainable. I use an eclectic mix of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other person-centered models to help you achieve your goals. I do NOT accept insurance, however, my rates are quite affordable.
