Often times life can feel overwhelming and unbalanced. It can feel like you’re being buried under a mountain of obstacles. It can be difficult getting through each day trying to find purpose and meaning. In my work with clients my goal is to support you as you embark on this journey of gaining a deeper understanding, control, and meaning in your life. I am skilled and trained in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Truama/PTSD, Perinatal Mental Health, Anxiety and Depression. I actively work with your strengths and walk along side you as you develop effective copings skills, gain a sense of freedom and meaning in your life.
My collaborative approach incorporates elements of Person-Centered, Mindfulness Practices, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide a safe and supportive environment and work closely with you on enhancing and developing skills needed for growth. My hope is that as we embark on this journey, you feel balanced and more connected in Mind, Body, and Soul.
