Description
As a Black therapist, I offer a safe, affirming space where Black women—and all women of color—can begin the journey of healing, growth, and self-empowerment. My practice specializes in supporting women who have experienced emotional or physical abandonment by their fathers, and are now navigating the lasting impact on their confidence, relationships, and sense of self.
Through individual therapy and my signature group, Daughters Connected, I help women heal the father wound and release the shame, self-doubt, and fear that often come with feeling unwanted or unseen. We work together to rebuild trust—starting with the relationship you have with yourself.
I also support women managing:
*Low self-esteem and self-worth
*Anxiety, depression, and burnout
*Racial trauma and microaggressions in work and life
*The pressure to be “strong,” “perfect,” or “unbothered”
*Grief
My approach blends compassion, culture, and real talk. Whether we’re turning negative self-talk into powerful affirmations or helping you reclaim your voice in relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you.
If you're ready to stop questioning your worth and start trusting yourself, let’s connect. You deserve peace, love, and a life where you feel fully seen.
