Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. SFBT usually takes six to eight sessions (sessions may be extended based on individual arrangement).

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes in challenging and empowering my clients to reach their goals in order for them to live their best lives.
I have experience working with diverse individuals including adolescents, adults, millennials/gen-z's, and families.
I currently serve all genders & identities who are 21+, I have a special interest in helping motivated Gen Z and Millennial Women get unstuck, reach their goals, and achieve the life they desire. By working through a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, life direction/adjustment, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress management.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs in order to support and work alongside them to enhance their overall function in life and relationships.
