I work with young adults and professionals to help them identify and manage a variety of stressors so they can live their lives to the fullest. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients get unstuck and move through feeling confused, tired, and/or overwhelmed.
I’ve provided therapy services for 9 years and take an eclectic approach to my work. My priority is making you feel safe, understood, and intentional in our work together. I enjoy helping clients learn to listen to all of their feelings and let go of old patterns that once served them, but no longer do.
