In her practice, she offers individual therapy, family therapy, substance counseling, substance Abuse education hours and life -coaching. She does this by addressing needs in various cultures with a focus on the African American community. Some of the needs addressed may fall into one of the following categories: ADHD, ADD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Inner Child Healing, Trauma therapy, Anxiety, Major Depressive Disorder, and Emotional Disturbance. When it comes to life-coaching, the hope is to increase self-awareness through positive affirmations and self-acceptance.
