Description

Maybe you notice a change in your behavior or emotions, or that of your teenager. Perhaps your relationship is not as satisfactory as it once was. The truth is, therapy can help you, your teen, and or your relationship heal from the stressors you are experiencing. I treat teens, adults, couples and families; working through past traumas, improving relationships, navigating anxiety, and strengthening work/life balance. I discern my methods based on client needs and use therapeutic techniques, such as mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, etc. to assist my clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Whether you are looking for individual sessions, relationship counseling, teen counseling, parenting support, healing from past trauma, or aren't quite sure where to begin, I'm here to help you figure it out. I earned my certifications in play therapy and marriage and family therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Level One trained in the Gottman Method. This has given me the necessary training to help adults, teens, couples, and families.

I believe it takes courage and hard work to see change and that most often happens when we feel safe and supported. Relationships and connection are the foundations of a healthy life, and sometimes those are hard to find. I am happy to provide a free, brief phone consultation to see if we might work well together.
