Description
I believe that for true healing to take place, the entire self - mind, body and spirit, must be supported. My therapeutic style is empowering and warm, with an intuitive and empathic approach. I will journey with you to explore unconscious and conscious beliefs that may be holding you in pain.
Together we will tend to intergenerational trauma that may be present and the impact it is having on your present life. I will encourage you to be curious about yourself, understanding this work can feel challenging at times but doable with support and compassion.
