Welcome to Therapy for Black Girls! I strive to embrace, empower, and uplift clients on their journey into all avenues of wellness. I have 13 years of experience working with teens and adults in the community mental health sector. Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, self esteem, anger management, grief, stress, relationship issues. I am very open to meeting people where they are. This is a partnership and I am here to assist you on your journey of self exploration. My motto is that I do not work harder than my clients.
