Asking for help takes courage. It takes courage to make the decision to work on yourself. Being here means that you chose to do important work on yourself. I’m a firm believer that each person holds their path of healing, within themselves. Counseling is beneficial as it helps to find and apply this information.

I am a licensed therapist in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Illinois. I am also a certified substance abuse counselor. My training includes cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for depression, cognitive behavioral therapy for suicide, and cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic pain. My experience includes working with children and adults in the community, schools, individual settings, and veterans.
