Life has a way of throwing many obstacles and there are moments we experience anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional distress; however, it is important we learn skills that will help us navigate and cope with these times of distress. I can assist you with exploring your options and finding the coping methods that works best for you, so that you are able to manage these feelings effectively. My experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and array of concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
