I am a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years of experience providing therapy services. I am licensed and trained to work with individuals, families, and groups in treating mental health and behavioral problems. My extensive experience includes inpatient and outpatient mental health care, school counseling, grief counseling, individual sessions, group sessions in mental health and substance abuse, and family group sessions.
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet each client’s specific needs, primarily employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivation, stress relief skills, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused counseling. Additionally, I am trained to provide therapy services in a safe space for the LGBTQ community and I am EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained.

Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your deep-rooted pain, and give you the push you need to move forward in your life. We are committed to providing each client with a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing the best treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, with a primary emphasis on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivation, stress relief skills, and client-centered therapy. My strengths include working with various forms of traumatic experiences and helping clients break free from childhood traumas.
I accept most major insurance plans, including UHC, UMR, Oxford Health Plans, Oscar, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, Scott & White Health Plan, Optum EAP, Magellan Healthcare, ComPsych EAP.
Currently, we are only accepting United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford, Oscar, Cigna, Compsych EAP, and Aetna insurances for Florida and Nevada residents. We take the Loveland Foundation Voucher in Texas, Florida, and Nevada. At this time, we are only seeing individuals ages 15y/o and up.
