I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic pain/illness, work stress, life transitions and general mental health concerns. I integrate Cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused therapy to help get you back on track. We will use an integrative approach to address the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
