I am is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.
I have 17 years of experience in the field of social work and 10 yrs as a therapist; working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. I have worked in the non-profit sector, acute, and private practice settings. Additionally, I have worked with individuals dealing with a variety of challenges including; acute crises, mental health, life transitions/stressors, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I take a person centered, collaborative, and holistic perspective starting where you are! I will provide a safe, relaxing, and supportive environment that allows for the therapeutic process to happen organically. While therapy can be difficult, I am dedicated to partnering with you to promote growth and enable change.
