Mindset Therapy and Wellness is a psychological services group practice which provides individual, couple, and family therapy to residents all over the DC metropolitan area. We are located diagonally across the street from Largo Metro Station. We also provide tele therapy through HIPAA compliant video calling platform.
Dr. Jamila Winn is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and the owner of Mindset Therapy and Wellness Inc. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, motherhood and women's issues, and grief and loss. She also sees clients with self esteem and control issues, and professional perfectionism. She uses an eclectic approach that includes Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Family Systems theory in order to help you both better understand why the thoughts or behaviors are occurring, and then to make changes that better fit your best self.
All therapists at Mindset Therapy and Wellness conduct virtual (video) therapy for those who reside in the state of Maryland. Virtual Life Coaching is also available for those who live in other states.
