I'm a independent group counseling practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, young adults and adults in various settings. My goal is to help and support you while you get help with the things that are weighing you down. I'm here to help you relieve some of the stress and concern. I am passionate about working with black women and understand that many of the stressors we endure we try to endure alone but you no longer have to because I'm happy to help you take this journey.
