You are expected to have it all together however maybe you don’t. This group is a place for you to come together with other young adults and learn to navigate these years where you are expected to be an adult but are really only beginning to understand what life is for you.
Thursdays at 6 PM beginning February 15

Caring for the Caregiver Group: Being a caregiver, you can lose sight of who you are.  This group will discuss questions such as: Who am I? What is my individuality? Do I have to be Superwoman/Superman? Different types of self-care and self-care activities will be discussed.
