My clients are busy professionals in a variety of careers who are struggling with grief, stress and anxiety and want more peace and fulfillment in their life. They are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and an expert at helping clients navigate stressors.
I specialize in working with overwhelmed professional adults struggling with stress, grief and anxiety to manage their day-to-day life experiences, empowering them to move forward to a brighter future. The tools, techniques and solutions that I provide will ensure that you always have a way to navigate through any confusion.

Please note that I work with adult individuals only (18+ years), not couples or marriage counseling.
Please see the list below (Insurance Providers) for the insurances I accept. I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare Insurances. I do accept clients with Loveland Foundation Vouchers, and Lyra EAP clients.
Session rate for self-pay: $175 per session/$225 for intake (initial) session.
