I believe in the power of storytelling, art and expression as healing agents of change. As a therapist, my main goal is to ensure that you feel seen, heard and that your needs are reflected in our work together. Building a relationship and crafting a safe environment is essential to my practice. My hope is that I am able to assist you on your journey of self-exploration, understanding your history, present and help strengthen your outlook for the future. I have a strong desire to help others develop healthy coping skills and supportive tools that will help guide them throughout treatment and life.
I have experience working in health settings, with individuals, groups and families, LGBTQ+, children/youth and adults. I obtained my B.A in Sociology from MSU & graduate degree from the University of Michigan in Social Work as a clinical scholar and received my LLMSW. I’ve gained training in trauma-informed care, and treatment for mental health challenges.
I am motivated to promote health, wellness and support your continuous growth. I look forward to working with you!
