Have you been feeling anxious lately? Is your relationship in a funk or you had a bad breakup? Or have you experienced something terrible and having a hard time getting past it? We are a group practice that empowers and heals adults with anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma through therapeutic means and Christianity. We will encourage you to become your most authentic self and to live fearlessly. We want you to stop surviving but to thrive. Life is a journey and we want to help you through it.

We use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help with healing such as EMDR, a type of therapy that helps to reprocess your thoughts associated with trauma, anxiety, OCD, and addictions. As well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy and Christianity to decrease worry, excessive thoughts, and traumatic symptoms from past events.
