Description
You have spent years being the capable one. The one who holds it together, shows up for others, and keeps moving forward. But privately, something feels off. The identity that once fit no longer does, and the strategies that used to work have stopped working.
I work with high-functioning midlife women navigating significant transitions, divorce, career shifts, empty nest, or the quiet but persistent sense that the life they built no longer reflects who they are. My clients are not lacking insight or effort. What they are missing is a way to address the beliefs underneath the patterns.
Using the Belief Reconstruction Framework, a structured clinical methodology I developed over 20 years of practice, we identify the core beliefs shaping your identity, relationships, and decisions, and carefully reconstruct what no longer serves you. This is not symptom management. It is structural change.
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) with more than 20 years of experience. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing. I offer virtual individual therapy for Maryland residents.
If you are ready for work that goes beneath the surface, I invite you to reach out.
