Melissa is the founder of For A Whole Life, LLC. Her approaches are holistic. She believes that healing involves caring for the mind, body and spirit. She works collaboratively with her clients’ medical doctor, nutritionist or other healthcare providers in order to ensure that they are achieving their true potential in all aspects of life. She also uses a combination of therapeutic approaches that is unique to each client but is not limited to; helping clients change their negative way of thinking to one that is more positive and assist client in focusing on solutions rather than problems. Her specialty involves working with individuals who are experiencing depression, ADHD, relationship issues, anger issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress related and life transition issues.
