We are a boutique practice serving the states of New York, Georgia, Florida and New Jersey. Our clinicians specialize in working with Black people through out the diaspora and prioritize the mental health of people of color who experience trauma embedded in all contexts including: intergenerational, race, sexual, gender and culture. We recognize that trauma shows up in your body and is embedded in your everyday ways of living that impact how you see yourself, what you think you are able to do, and how you connect to others. While these experiences want to steal your joy, here we center your right to seek joy and experience it...always. We integrate holistic wellness techniques to support you on your journey and help you identify and assess your values so that you can move forward in creating what you desire.
Our sessions are offered virtually, at this time. This allows us to personalize services to best meet your schedule and needs, as well as prioritize your physical health.
