My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you are welcome and accepted. My approach is creative and collaborative. I use various therapeutic techniques (Person-Centered, Strengths Based, CBT, MI, etc.) that focus on your natural strengths and needs. I am also a MATCH certified therapist.
