As a therapist I collaborate with my clients to explore past and present stressors that contribute to the distress in their lives. Together, we work to build coping skills, develop ways to communicate effectively and ultimately heal from hurts that have interfered in living your optimal life.
I use a relatable approach that allows me to partner with clients in order to facilitate changes necessary to promote positive mental, physical, emotional and spiritual outcomes. I pride myself on being able to create a safe space for clients to explore and process their feelings around life challenges that serve as a barrier to them living their best life.
