I use a trauma-informed approach, which means working with clients on what happened in the past and empowering them with the tools to move forward. I bring a somatic experience into therapy by using breathwork and psycho-drama. I also help clients recognize how trauma is stored in the body and releasing stagnant energies through holistic modalities.
