I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in my hometown of Jacksonville, FL.
I am all about helping individuals reconnect with their authentic self through the use of their strengths and abilities. The world is in such a vulnerable place as we have all been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. So whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and/or low self esteem, reaching out for help is the first step towards knocking down those barriers.
