As an experienced therapist, I am here to support you in identifying the tools and resources you already possess as well as introducing new coping skills to manage a variety of feelings and emotions that are impacting your ability to cope. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow and I work collaboratively with you in your journey to well-being.
I combine compassion, respect, and humor in a safe, empathetic, non judgmental, environment. The most important piece to this journey is the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client. I am here to partner with you and give you the space you need to openly express yourself.
