My practice specializes in helping people who are struggling with anger, anxiety, adjustments/transition issues, marital, pre-marital, separation/divorce, abuse/trauma, self-esteem, stress, and depression.
Services are provided virtually and securely with flexible evening and weekend hours. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and groups-utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach tailored to one's specific needs and goals. I also have experience in working with military and veteran populations.
