Your breath is an anchor. Inhale, exhale (each full breath counts as 1). We count up to 4, then down to 1 to center. I guide grounding like this in sessions and in personalized tools that you will have access to implement in between sessions. My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and executive functioning for meaningful change.
